Robert Langenfeld Compositions

This piece was one of my first attempts of composing in early 2004. The main theme heard in the piece was probably the first real motif I ever composed. 6 years later, I was looking through some of my old sketch books and I ran across it. It was a very thrilling moment for me. I spent the following months reconstructing the them into a grand fanfare for Wind Ensemble.

The piece is a tribute to the old millennium and meant to represent the birth of the new millennium and all the wonders and possibilities it brings.
